Under the guidance of Head Coach Toby Ketland , a former top‑10 UK 1500m freestyle swimmer and county 100m butterfly champion,  our expert coaching team delivers personalised training plans that focus on individual strengths and help each swimmer reach their full potential.
We are also the proud sponsor of the North Norfolk Vikings, where Toby leads all competitive swimming programmes. This partnership strengthens our shared commitment to developing talent, promoting excellence, and inspiring the next generation of swimmers across Norfolk.
